Expanse hand terminal so close. Can have the iPhone rectangle kind or the slap it on your wrist kind.
What we really need is decentralized data and computing. Make phones super basic screens/radio hardware and all your data and computation done remotely. Makes hardware more renewable because you don’t need to buy one every 2 years, cheaper, and since it has so much less hardware you can do really cool designs like a single transparent glass chassis.

Absolute master class in filmmaking.
Literally went over like everyone in this thread
That’s a pretty narrow way to cut yourself off from a LOT of great storytelling.
I mean misinformation isn’t the correct term either if a work of fiction never intended to disciminate any real information in the first place.
Yeah and that destroyer CO relieved of command for letting his sailors get treatment for COVID (before we had a vaccine) but this sailor just gets busted a rank for breaching OPSEC?! It’s not like she did it for fun, she’s probably compromised by some foreign actor. I’ve heard stories of the military making dumb decisions but damn.
Maybe, just maybe Ford is doing all these horrid patents so they can just hold on to them so no one can make them… Would actually be pretty brilliant . That being said wayze already has ads.
Ok I’ve got the wildest related story. Flew domestic Lufthansa from Germany to Paris and they gave out free prepackaged sandwiches kinda like this.
To this day I need to track down that sandwich manufacturer (was some German brand) next time I’m there. It was amazing. Simple ham and cheese on wheat. The cheese was think and velvet soft, airy light bread, and equally thick cuts of lightly salted ham. At the perfect chilled temperature.
Again, all for free on like a 50 minute flight. Easily one of the best airlines out there. Loved riding on their A380s.
God I miss proper sourdough living in SF. It’s the one thing bodegas here in NYC don’t do right. AK Subs in soma SF has the greatest sourdough I’ve ever had, used to live around the corner and literally would order from them 2x a day sometimes. Was so awesome having my own sandwich too. Lmao they knew my caller ID.
Ok quick someone Children of Time a version where dinosaurs discover us! Lmao
Yeah I use a DS5E and it’s a really well engineered controller, and I’ve always preferred the DS ergonomics. Just gotta use DS4Windows tool for some games remapping. But basically really whatever design ergonomic you prefer and buy that, they all support Windows now even Switch Pro.
Maryland is also crazy beautiful. Had to take a detour on the way to DC because traffic. Ended up on local, winding roads and drove past beautiful creeks with ancient oaks and old houses. It’s the only time I’ve thought, “damn this is a really awesome suburb”. And going out on the Chesapeake was a great birthday, it lives up to the hype.
Ha hell yeah. My dad did adjunct work for a while while working for the gov. He declined profits from his textbook and gave it out free to his students as he thought it was unethical. The copies the gov bought for their cont ed courses he gladly accepted the profits from though lmao my dad’s a real one.
Today we experience: quantum mechanics!
Prepare to not exist!
Assetto Corsa with realistic force feedback in non power steering cars is unironically a workout. Driving a F-40 on the Tokyo highway project for an hour and I actually sweat. Few times I’ve loosened the mounting of my wheel I have to grip it so hard haha. It’s advisable to let go of the wheel when you crash too.
