284·3 months agoNever ok? Bullshit. Verbal abuse exists and it beyond not ok, but there is a huge fucking gap between never ok and verbal abuse.
I had a friend tell me her strategy on unsolicited dick picks was to respond with pictures of other dicks in shoes. Often coupled with comments akin to ‘you couldn’t pull off these stilettos, but maybe you could try a kitten heel.’
4·4 months agoHe is a moron to be sure, but crashes like this make opportunities for those with means to gobble up the big stuff cheap. Sure ground beef is expensive as fuck right now but I bet the wagu steak hasn’t changed nearly as much. Hell when the economy is going well the rabble want a taste of the good stuff. Better to keep them in their place.

I switched to Nobara a couple months ago. My computer is a lot snappier. Overall its great. Some minor difficulties but no show stoppers.
Signal desktop gives me an error that it is keeping credentials in plaintext which is fucked, I tried to get it to not do that but havnt been able to figure out how. (there are tutorials for ubuntu/gnome, but I havnt figured out how to translate those to fedora/kde…
I just started using crow-translate which is amazing, but keep getting a screenshot error message. Something with wayland maybe? again when I search there is a lot of shit about ubuntu/gnome but that doesnt really help.
