Heres the thing if your in the US. The federal government no longer follows its own laws when it comes to due process and the constitution or really law in general. Of course the problem with that is it goes way beyond piracy. But pointing to your piracy would likely play well with their base.

I have not studied in some time but may have to coming up. I do believe the best way to study is to hand write notes and rewrite them in iterations with other sources. so write in classe, listen to recording in dorm and rewrite. Pausing and rewinding as need to get what you want down, read text book chapter and rewrite as you do that. Its incredibly time consuming but effective. Given that I have not done anything close since college and did not even do it to that level at college. One and maybe two rewrites at most. Now I will likely just use a laptop and I might make and rewrite notes in a way I did for test prep which is more like consolidation. Bringing it down more and more to the key parts.

There are a few different ways fiction has dealt with that. Like one once you do it it updates time and you then remember it once you did it in the future, another you come back to there being two of you the non traveler who remembers and the traveler who does not. In some cases the world is changed but in others a new parralell world is made and sometimes the characters just don’t know. you could also have a thing where you return and everything is exactly the same but a parralell world was made that you just don’t go to when you return.

Why don’t we go after putin who we know has been bad for the globe for a very long time or what about netanyahoo and heck the kims. I would not worry about it. If people get bent out of shape then so be it. Im super liberal but I did not grow up where gender and sex were different things. Im cool with folks being trans but if they want me to change to accomodate them well thats not going to happen. They can live their lives and the law can protect them from discrimination but people will be who they are. Its like if a furry wants me to use some fursona thing thats unlikely to happen. Its cool they have one but im not part of that world but its cool for them to be them. Now granted this might change a bit if Im good friends with someone. At that point they have a bit more points to get me to change my habits. To me its a bit like using a nickname. You do it with those you know.

you sound like my wife and she is still like that. Its hard to explain because she will do whats expected. So like around the house whe will not wear dresses or anything but at work or parties or such she will. We are both kinda by the book like that but im more likely to do what I want if there is no specific rule where she will more likely take into account norms.

That being said there have been progressive folks going way back. My folks were kinda amazing for silent generation and the ones fighting for civil rights go way back before boomers. I mean. Jane Adams.

Well I mean not every gen Xer is a ceo. As an Xer myself my main thing is that the feeling was everything is bullshit but maybe over time (view from high school) we will get better. We just need to not put up with bullshit and over time technology and politics will improve to the point that there is less bs. So one of those things did progress. For awhile anyway. Whelp its pretty clear improvements have pretty much stopped or more like any we get are along with many more detriments. I don’t know what to do but one thing was the boomers in good jobs did not retire so for my own part I have responded to promotions (to be clear kinda bullshit promotions) by saying hey go to the younger guy who is like a millenial but maybe they have enough time in their career to make something of the position. Heck millenials should try and push down further. People need to be doing things before they hit 40 to have time to keep getting experience and rising. Just to be clear this is not all nicey nice on my part. We are talking about. Hey how about you become the manager but as part of that you do all the work you did before and likely be asked to reduce headcount and all for no extra money but you know you will be able to not be part of the group that gets the ax for now.

So my wife and I always seem to be low with the vitamin D tests and taking vitamin D supplements did not seem to change it much. So im a little skeptical how well they work but if you felt the effects then I would use that as a way to go. My wife likes using the type with k2 like yours as drops. That seemed to work for her better. Not sure if its the k2 or the drops. Honestly k2 is pretty easy to get and I like things like cheese and eggs. I don’t concern myself to much with supplementing them but I do take fish oil because my eye doctor recommended it for my dry eye and it that I very much see an effect. The type of fish oil does not seem to matter at all and hopefully the whole omega-3 things is good for me to. Since the type does not matter I started taking cod liver oil pills which contain some vitamin D naturally and are further fortified with it. So anyway I guess im saying that I take a supplement for one thing I know helps me in a way I can definatively experience and I make it a point to get two things im not sure of how much they help but studies seem to indicate they do while im at it which is vitamin D and omega-3’s. Im like that with a lot of things in life. I like things that due multiple duty or work in a way that accomplishes multiple outcomes. Why take two or three pills when I can get it in one. Sorry Im not answering your question directly but I figure if your asking for people on the internets help your really asking for sorta life experience type of things.
