Companies still shouldn’t steal fanart. If a fan makes something they like, they should work with the fan to make it official in a way that satisfies both parties. The community would love seeing that, and the company would get what they want for a reasonable price, and probably still cheaper than paying their own artists.

Do a little research in advance to answer one of those questions yourself, and then send a message with that, and the rest of the questions. It takes pressure off the next person to send a message, since you’ve already done 1/4 of the planning, they won’t feel like they’re going to end up “in charge”. And once one person responds, it’ll flow more naturally into a conversation, as the stakes are lower for each new person joining in.

Something like, “It sounds like they don’t take reservations. We wanna show up as we can, or meet up first?”

Businesses keeping bankers hours, especially banks, should stop immediately. How could it possibly be a good idea to only be open during the main times that no one has free time to run errands? Why do I have to use PTO to go to the mechanic, or the doctor? Why can’t these places, which require you to visit them in person, be open during the days and hours during the week that people actually have time to visit them in person?
