A mod took down my post in another meme instance for not marking NSFW and I got a 2 day ban, so I was just playing safe.

All you have to think is the Inuit and desert dwellers have done it since the begining of time. Its just extreme changes, but they worked with what they had.

The idea of society collapsing seems so far fetched at this point. Humans are inherently social creatures and have lived together since the dawn of time. People think it would just become the purge or something, but when we look at it when other societies collapsed they just keep trotting along through the hard times.

Im a consider myself pretty outgoing my 4 year old thinks we have to say hi and ask everyone in the public pool if they want to play. So I get this.

Serious yet, probably dumb question. I’m trying to restore my yard to a more natural state. After the previous owners nuked it with chemicals and GMO grass. I’ve been peeling and spreading those seeds all over my yard. Will that let them grow or should I just let the wind carry them?

I watched another video saying that there were reports from settlers of crows following wagons and alerting settlers of predators close. But they didn’t really offer much proof. They said crows may use other creatures as sentry’s and another set of eyes and return the favor. Also, great photos!

I recently checked out the front page out of curiosity. It was really weak, meme wise, and content wise, i didn’t scroll more than 2 pages. I understand that the niche communities are the best part but there isn’t anything enticing to me there anymore.

I think modern interpretation of spirits is very movie and novel based. Every culture has a interpretation of ghosts and even person to person has interpretation of ghosts. I frankly have no belief in ghosts and any ghost can be explained away by squirrels or mice running around. My best freinds mom insists there’s a spirit in her home and even conversates with it.

It’s kind of a hidden fact in the movies but he did spare alot of expenses. No back up generator, no flood ditches, he did not hire the best staff, the vet on staff does not know the Triceratops is poisoned, the plant experts planted poison plants, nothing on the island is hurricane proof yet they are in a tropical area, etc etc. In the book it was much more obvious and clearly Hammond was a piece of shit on the surface.
