Is there a point to all this judgment or…?

Oh no! The economic reality for young people requires them to sell themselves as influencers to make a living because we don’t have actual, useful employment any more. Better make sure I cast my judgment on those who found some modicum of success doing so, so that the world and I know that I’m better than them! /s

Yeah, they look so similar /j

Obviously it’s cause they’re similar and came out at the same time. And dealt with similar themes. And features ants as the protagonists. While Antz looks like it was rushed to get a release window beside A Bug’s Life, it was actually in development for far longer.

  • If it is possible to stimulate reality to this level of detail, very low. If it’s possible that the simulation can then run another instance of the simulation with no loss of fidelity and that is true for any simulation within the stack, still low but much more likely than before. If the chance of this simulation existing is higher than the odds for a universe that can sustain intelligent life, then it becomes about even odds.

The people who claim otherwise are mathematicians who forgot how reality works, as they get into an infinite spiral of higher and higher odds without any basis in reality.

The reason why it gets to even-at-best is because the simulation needs to exist in a reality at some point, and it really, really stretches the imagination that someone could build this shit. So, then you’re attaching the odds of intelligent life in a universe to the odds of then some intelligent life understanding literally every aspect of reality and being able to build said simulation (and then that repeats on every simulation).

It’s a part of the neoliberal solution to crimes againt humanity. First, you do it but deny you’re doing it. Then, once you’re finished (or made to finish) you admit that you did it and it was really bad. Like really bad and you feel just awful about it. Next, you state the time for justice must wait for a fairer season, as it could drum up bad blood and potentially ignite new conflicts. Finally, after some time has passed, you declare that too much time has passed and justice needed to be done sooner, for now we can no longer punish the perpetrators and would just punish innocents caught in the way(who still have the benefits from whatever their parents did).

Huzzah! We did it kids! Society progressed and everyone is treated fairly now! /s

  • The hands on the scissors. It also has an AI style (very thick borders, sepia tone, hatching that doesn’t look like it was drawn, but instead grown on the surface). But the hands are the dead giveaway. Why would you put that much effort into highly detailed armor and then Rob Liefeld the hands on the scissors?

Congrats. Your ability to live there is heavily subsidized by everyone who lives near other people in properly dense cities. Car-centric infrastructure was built to cater to your lifestyle inside those cities, to the detriment of those who live there. The traffic is (minutely, minusculely) your fault. Mostly the fault of those who advocate for you, but you still reap all the benefits.
