yeah, its part of why the internet sucks, you make some bad decisions, fall for some stupid propaganda or listen to the wrong person, and you’re branded forever. People make bad decisions. It happens.

The Owl House. That show is so fucking good. Some might say that its for kids. I would disagree, I think its for everyone. Luz is the best.
Sekiro. I do not think its a bad game, I think it’s excellent. But it is not for me. It requires rhythm and excellent reaction time, and I have neither. I have zero timing abilities, unless its like RE4 QTEs because i just need to do it a few times in a row at most, but the reactions being so constant and fast, I can not do it, i just cant, its frustrating and makes me feel stupid when I die to normal enemies. And its not like a Souls game, where I can make a build different, or summon someone for help. Again, its just not for me, I do not think its a bad game.

Elite Dangerous. Beautiful game, wonderful atmosphere, fun flight model, but so so tedious and grindy. It wouldn’t be so bad if they expanded the gameplay loop some, but its been markedly the same since launch minus a few attachments stapled on. I do hear that there is an actual update thats adding a new mission type that actually combines multiple forms of gameplay, so i might check that out when it comes out.

Sandy Petersen is another one i really used to enjoy but the amount of times he’s scammed people out of crowdfunded boardgames has turned me off from anything that has to do with him.
Thankfully John Romero is a great person (afaik) who overcame his ego, probably after Daikatana failed to sell.
The amount of birds that actually get killed by wind turbines has always been dubious at best. And having been next to a wind turbine, they really aren’t that noisy.

I kind of like bad games, because they can be interesting or have intriguing gameplay designs. I’d go so far as to say I actually enjoy Shadow the Hedgehog 2005, its not good per say, but it has some charm to it, and I enjoy it most the time.
Boring games are far more offensive in my opinion. Like… I’ve tried. I’ve tried over and over to play and enjoy Fallout 4, a game my husband loves but… its so boring. The story is dull, the gameplay is basic, settlement building is so mindnumbing, the characters are bland, except Nick Valentine, mostly cuz of his design, and the atmosphere is so bog standard with this inconsistent cheeriness to it. It is so mindnumbingly boring and dull, I don’t know how people play it, with or without mods. Skyrim’s setting was cool, the gameplay was basic, sure, but the exploration was fun and I still got to do cool and silly things and it felt fine.
Another game is Majin Tensei for the SNES. Im a huge Megami Tensei fan. I like playing all the spinoffs, and i especially like the older first person dungeon crawlers. But Majin Tensei is like if Fire Emblem was drunk and slurred its speech so it had to talk ultra slowly for you to understand. It takes soooooo long to do anything.

Straftat, its fun, i recommend getting 1 to 3 friends to play it with. Feels like old school fps games, like goldeneye free for all but with sliding.
