That means they would have had to make it for the gag, and then go through all the other parts of the map and add it to many other raider locations. That doesn’t seem likely.
You know, I always questioned this and just now realized they reused the “fuck you” graffiti from that satellite array.
It’s used in a lot of places. The satellite array Easter egg only exists because the graffiti was made to put all over the game.
I could see that. But I could also see someone wanting to do a one-off gag and then reusing that texture. Do we know for sure?
