    i wouldn’t consider that to be too terrible. It’s beautiful and you can entertain yourself nearly endlessly outside of the narrative.

    I get your point, but you’re overlooking the fact that you’d have to be extremely skilled and self sufficient by modern standards to be able to survive in the 1800s for a year without any modern comforts and technology…

    I for one would die or go insane in a few months, I think. Either that or thrive so much that I’ll never want to go back 🤷🏻😁

      Oh yeah, when you put it that way… I do have some survival skills from growing up in the country, but the culture is what’d probably do me in. I’d misunderstand someone and get waxed pretty fast most likely.
