If your car is in park, you are parked. End of story. You do not get to decide that you are the exception to traffic regulations. Your parked car is likely disrupting traffic flow which wastes everyone’s time. Stop doing that.

If your car is in park, you are parked. End of story. You do not get to decide that you are the exception to traffic regulations.
