It wasn’t aerodynamic enough

Isn’t this basically just how a recumbent bicycle (or quadracyle I guess) works?

This afaik is a thing that exists already and not everyone who is in a wheelchair has no use of their legs

If you angle the pedal pole further up I think it’d actually be usable
