  • Some smells are indicators of future illness. If you aren’t cleaning your self in some way you will get sick. Even animals clean themselves. You don’t need a lot of water. Sponge baths, natural soaps, smoke baths. All sorts of stuff.

    Don’t confuse “natural” for good. If you are dirty you smell bad. Being sweaty and mildewy is literally just bad for you. Even cats know to wash themselves lol

    Being sweaty daily is normal and fine but like constantly not cleaning is just bad for you lol














  • Alc and thc in the long term both suppress your ability to be happy without them. Your brain gets so use to them that once they are gone it doesn’t know how to maintain your dopamine levels properly.

    My biggest advice. It’s ok to be sad, it’s ok to be bored. Infact it’s good to be bored on occasion. It drives passion and energy. Learn to take care yourself. Be gentle when you’re sad, talk with family, exercises, hand with friends. If you’re bored or sad it’s generally your bodies way of telling you that the environment your in needs a change. Being sad or bored or anxious doesn’t have to feel like the end of the world. It takes practice but it’s achievable. You just need to be vigilant and mindful of your emotions




  • To all the down voters I have one it does require additional maintenance that is not talked about. People need to be taught how to clean their bodies especially kids. It’s the same reason you check if your kids brushed their teeth right or if they wash their hair properly when they are first learning to shower. As a parent you should know how to take care of your child, so they in turn know as well

    For extra info of some of the differences look up preputial separation. This process does not happen all at once, and can create difficulties cleaning before this occurs.
