I am not an extrovert, but I try to say hello or good morning to people I encounter. After the second or third encounter many people say hello back, but some continue looking at me like I have 3 nostrils.
If you are hiking you greet everyone (unless they are in a group, then you only greet once).
If you are on a walk you give a barely perceptible nod of acknowledgement.
Random overly extrovert person walks by and waves at you. What will you do?
