I am from a developed country and we do have issues, as every country has. Non of our national issues come even close to the issues the US has, or the US is causing us. And English isn’t one of our primary languages, our official languages are Dutch and Frisian but we are educated, as contrary to the US, attending school is mandatory by law. I’ve had English, German and French in school for 13 years next to Dutch. Currently I’m learning Norwegian as my partner is from there.
