          I’ve done it in my car before, if the seat was more comfortable I’d have done it more but I’m too tall to lay down in most cars.

            I do this frequently as well. I have about 30 to 45 min after school drop off and work starting and I just have a nap in the car. It’s pretty comfortable for a short sleep on a reclined driver’s seat.

            I do 12 hour shifts in the day. Theres and hour long break. Same applies to the night shift overnight and it is normalised for people to find space to sleep in their break. It is about getting this socially accepted in the day.
