Punk made their anti-fascist / anti-nazi /anti-racism stances quite well known since the movement started. Metal on the other hand, one must carefully investigate each and every band, as half of them are open or closeted fascists and racists.
Half of them is a massive exaggeration. Even if only looking at black metal and ignoring the rest, the number of sketchy bands is still relatively small.
Um ackchyually, Miss Rachel is more Punk than Metal.

I don’t know about “half”, but yeah.
I’d go with hardcore, I think.
