maybe i need to get diagnosed…
That first one hits way too close to home
The worst part is that the medication is barely effective and you build a tolerance almost immediately. And then when it wears off it makes the problem even worse.
I just want permanent relief. I am so done with always being burnt out.
I’ve had success with medication but it took a long time to figure out a dosage that worked for me. Also helps to find a good therapist if you have access to insurance.
Make sure to talk to your doctor, you can try different medication and there are extras you can add so you don’t crash as hard. Don’t give up, you can find the medication that works best for you.
That feeling is what makes me anxious of getting a job like I noticed I can’t focus for shit on a task long enough anymore how tf am I gonna do this shit for another 20-50 years
this sentence hit too close to home… let me be the first to say: congrats, you (probably) have adhd! 🙂
not a bad thing, but please get diagnosed so you can lock in and get paid. good luck!
I feel like I’m in that bucket, but it was deemed I did not have enough signs early in life for a diagnosis
I know I have AuDHD, n prolly some other shit like OCD too. Anxiety disorder too, this one’s really nice. But oh well, what can you do
The one with the rabbit throwing its ears away made me chuckle.
