Some of those aren’t really optional… I’d love to not menstruate, but I gotta wait for menopause for that. Not my choice to bleed for several days and get major cramps and back pain every month. It just happens.
If you can tolerate the birth control pill, take it continuously, skipping the placebo pills. I did this for years (at my doctor’s direction) and never had to have a period. It was awesome. Unfortunately I had to go off the pill to start HRT for perimenopause and now aunt flo is back >:(

My wife was on birth control and it triggered some “fat arm/leg” syndrome and she is piiiiiiiiiiiissed
I think it was more a commentary for trans women being women
Also old. And women who’ve had hysterectomies. And intersex women.
And women who are very underweight.
