Once you get into it you get pretty addicted to it. Like I feel guilty if I haven’t run in a couple days. And running after a stressful day of work is like magic for making the tension go away. In the summer my runs are also trail runs so that makes it a lot better.
Walks are nice for unwinding. Now, running, THAT shit dumb.

My whole life I’ve wanted to be a runner but goddamn… Running is ass.
Maybe one day I’ll commit. Doubtful.
Cycling is much more enjoyable.
Cycling is much easier on the knees also.
At least with cycling you get somewhere.
I know this will be unpopular but I prefer running on a treadmill. I can set my pace and get lost in an audiobook.
