Are you from North America? In Europe, almost nobody smokes joints with pure weed.

I would not generally say ‘most’ people do this, but yes a good number of people roll cigs and tobacco at the same time, a ‘spliff.’

Ah yes becsuse the only places that exist are Europe and the US.
The point I’m making is that Europeans are the only ones who mix tobacco with weed, yet they act like it’s a universal thing.
