In case anyone is genuinely wondering, Morrissey is a singer with an album titled “Meat is Murder,” and this appears to be a shirt from when he was touring for that album. So the person wearing the shirt is not necessarily a vegetarian, he just listens to a singer who is.
Just a nitpick, Meat is Murder is a Smiths album, not Morrissey solo, and it came out over thirty years before this tour.

One of my favorite rollerblade companies named Medium, i think, had a slogan “Meat is murder and muder tastes good.” I wanted that tshirt so bad. It had a Rat on it like the old fink rats but my memory of the mid nineties is a little foggy at this point, so who knows.
