    Even once the meat is all but gone, the skeleton will float down and continue to provide a feast for thousands of creatures that will spend months completely cleaning off the nutritious house bones.

    Been swimming in that shit more than once as a cable internet guy. Older homes had a form of shredded paper insulation (cellulose). Nasty shit in any case.

    Our little Habitat for Humanity home has the sweet spray-foam insulation on the bottom of the roof, like a cooler. You can walk around the attic and it’s maybe 10F higher in the summer. Nothing on the floor but a little bit of leftover construction dust.
