There are some with illuminated soles.
    They just arent blinky.

Oh and they are most likely to be found in specialty shops or online.

Police departments should make it part of the uniform. Because when a foot pursuit ensues, they are flashing red & blue on their own heels.

I’m going with “no”, because it’s a shit product for the environment when you have batteries and electronics fitted into rubber. If the battery runs out, the electronic breaks or the rubber wears out, the entire product is likely to be discarded and burned together.

If you want to attach small lights to your shoes, go ahead. You can then also transfer the lights to your next pair of shoes, change the battery and repair or discard of everything separately.

There is an easy solution to that. The internal pad, where the toe sits on, could be removable. This way, both the battery can be replaceable, and the electronics board.

Another idea, could be to implement wireless charging for the lights, since it’s not easy to fit a charging port on a shoe.

If we’re going down this rabbit hole, shoes with lights is pretty far down on the list of child-oriented products that should be made for adults.

    Other potential entries include:

    • Clothes with dinosaur/unicorn/etc designs
    • Bouncy castles
    • Bedding and sheets with fun prints
    • Inflatable dinosaur costumes (we figured this one out already)

I’ve been in a bouncy castle with kids and alone. It sucked and I was very tired.

Maybe if there were some full-size humans bouncing they would bounce me around too instead of me launching kids onto the roof.

Snow boots that change color in the cold. I had those as a toddler and they were the coolest things ever.

But you can get most of those things already. Shirts can be ordered with custom prints. You can rent (or buy) a bouncy castle and put it in your backyard. Beddings and sheets I get, because you can probably only find them in twin sizes.

Light-up shoes in adult sizes on the other hand are nearly impossible to find, or are pretty expensive if you find one.

Saw a kids sweater with a fuzzy dinosaur on it recently. Thought it would be amazing as an adult sweater. But of course it would cost $400 if it existed

It is, there used to be a place around me that catered to adults for bouncy inflatable things.

$10 and some mushrooms and it was an amazing time.

    Lights, yes.

    Blinking or strobing lights, no

If you must have blinky lights, there should be something different than walking that sets off the blinking show.
