I honestly can’t. They tell me drawing, like playing an instrument, just takes patience and time. I can play multiple instruments, but my drawing skills have been the same since I was about 8.
I once drew a picture of Judge Dredd, that came out half-decent when I was 12. However it was mostly traced and took me hours.
I’m the same as you, haven’t really improved at drawing since I was a little kid. But this is Lemmy, not Reddit. People here aren’t looking for perfection, your drawing skills are more than enough for this thread.
It’s of course fine to not want to draw something, but don’t hold back just because you think your skills aren’t good enough.
You’re fine. Just let the pencil wander and see what comes out!
